Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the https://www.svhzerohourstore.com/ website/app (“the Service”) operated by SVH Zero Hour Hyper Mart (hereinafter referred to as "SVH Zero Hour Hyper Mart", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, please do not use the Service.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before the order status is marked as "Out for Delivery" to receive a 100% refund for any amount paid.
- If the order is already out for delivery, you may still choose to return it; however, any associated costs (e.g. delivery or service charges) incurred by the Company shall be borne by you.
- If you cancel the order for reasons not attributable to us, or cancel after shipping, it may be considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, any refund will be at our discretion and may be issued in the form of promotional codes, coupons, or wallet credits—subject to applicable terms and validity periods.
We may also cancel orders on our end under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Orders violating these Terms
- Unavailability of product(s)
- Logistical or technical issues beyond our control
In such cases, we will initiate a refund (if any) within 72 hours.
We strive for accurate pricing and availability of products on our platform. However, in the event of errors due to technical or third-party issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in the form of credit/cashback/promotional code as applicable.
We also reserve the right to deny service or cancel future orders from users involved in policy violations or suspicious activity.
Returns & Refunds
Products once delivered are non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, expired, or wrongly delivered.
- The product listing explicitly mentions return/replacement eligibility.
In such permitted cases:
- Return/exchange requests will only be processed after providing supporting proof (e.g. images or videos).
- All returns must comply with the specific product’s return policy, including timelines and conditions.
Note: Digital goods (e.g. gift cards or vouchers) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any issues related to usage, redemption, or validity must be addressed directly with the respective issuer.
Refund Timelines & Method
- All permitted refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval.
- Refunds for online payments (e.g., debit/credit card, net banking, UPI) will be made to the same mode of payment, or as store credit/coupon/promotional code, based on policy and mutual agreement.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will only be issued in the form of promotional codes valid for 30 days.
- Store credits or coupons issued as refunds cannot be converted or transferred to other payment methods once issued.
All other promotional codes issued by the platform will expire within 7 days of issuance.
Refunds will only be issued in Indian Rupees (INR).
